The president of Polish telecoms regulator the Office of Electronic Communications (UKE), Magdalena Gaj has said the watchdog plans to introduce symmetric mobile termination rates (MTRs) by 1 January 2013, reports the Warsaw Voice. Also slated for next year were plans to auction frequencies in the 800MHz and 2600MHz ranges, though further details were unavailable
