Cyprus Telecommunications Authority (Cyta) has signed a contract with Telsis for the supply of an intelligent SMS routing system to boost the performance of messaging services at its Cytamobile-Vodafone division. The operator says the new solution will enable it to provide a new range of ‘off-the-shelf business and social SMS services’ to its users.
