The Jamaica-based pan-Caribbean mobile group Digicel has acquired the Haitian cellular operator Comcel, which offers services under the brand name 'Voila'. Digicel, which is the largest mobile operator in Haiti with around 3.5 million subscribers, acquired Voila from US-based Trilogy International Partners
