Netia opens books for three potential buyers

Polish broadband provider Netia is ready to allow due diligence to the three companies reportedly interested in snapping up the operator. According to Reuters, private equity firms Innova Capital, Bridgepoint and Advent International had shown an interest in purchasing Netia, but were yet to start due diligence.
