Colombian telecoms watchdog the Communication Regulation Commission (CRC) has published its number portability breakdown for the first three months of 2012. The current wireless market leader, Mexican-backed Comunicacion Celular (Comcel) came out on top with net additions of 67,391 (42,452 outgoing, 109,843 incoming).
