Saudi Telecom Company (STC), the dominant fixed line and wireless operator in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, has revealed that it would welcome resale partners on its mobile network. Telecoms regulator the Saudi Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC) has already announced that it is planning to issue the country’s first three mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) licences this year.
